Budoucnost Vítězného náměstí

The Prague Institute of Planning and Development announced an urbanistic and architectural competition for the new design of Vítězné náměstí in 2018. The Prague 6 municipality began informing its residents a year ahead of the planned renovation and asked them to participate in preparations, asking them to express their ideas and needs. It organized public meetings, urban walks with experts, a poll as well as an exhibition on the history of the square. The visual style of this campaign is based on the disposition of the area. Its distinct colorful air and the dynamic nature of the geometric features is an allusion to the busy intersection, which is also a popular meeting spot. The font used comes from the Storm Type Foundry.
