Collision

Collision

The works of Jana Šárová and Pavel Opočenský, two very dissimilar artists but life partners at the same time, meet within a small space of Havelka Gallery. The typography uses both bilingualism and the meaning of the exhibition title to express the opposition as well as the complementarity of the two artists, by simultaneous crossing and connecting the words  “collision” and “kolize”. This tension is also expressed with the typographic dynamism: with tilting the text or placing the artists’ names on the two opposite ends of one diagonal.
