The Jakub Špaňhel’s ento/monologic exhibition in the Havelka Gallery presented several paintings from the artist’s series Butterflies. Špaňhel admits the inspiration in antique atlases of insects with colored copperplate engravings and lithographs. He naturally reflects them with his drawing-graphic-like way of painting. The visual identity follows this inspiration source and refers to the aspect of entomologic glass boxes – the butterfly collections. The underlining element of the visual identity is the serif font Zesta from the Indian Type Foundry.

Ento/monologická výstava Jakuba Špaňhela v Galerii Havelka představila několik obrazů z umělcovy série Motýli. Španhěl neskrývá inspiraci starými atlasy hmyzu s kolorovanými mědirytinami a litografiemi, které přirozeně reflektuje svým kresebně-grafickým způsobem malování. Vizuální styl výstavy navazuje na tento inspirační zdroj a odkazuje k podobě entomologických skleněných boxů – sbírek motýlů. Podtrhujícím prvkem stylu je serifové písmo Zesta z písmolijny Indian Type Foundry.
